Movie Review; Hidden Figures

This movie is a biographical drama based on the book by the same name written by Margot Lee which she wrote based on the apartheid  and discrimination against black women in NASA.They were not considered equal, were given a separate building with a separate  wing set apart from the main building with segregated facilities such as toilets and canteens.

How three brilliant women break down the prejudices by their mathematical, engineering and mechanical skills is the way the story goes.  Their perseverance sarcasm and intelligence get them where no black is ever allowed, and how valuable their contribution is in getting NASA and the United States back in the space race with Russia is the plot of the movie.
What’s Good

The acting performance by each and every single actor in the star cast is praiseworthy. The movie is set in a period in history when America was taking giant strides in space, but their blacks were still racially discriminated, even within NASA, abd as late as 1961. The film takes on a serious topic on a very funny note the action and the dialogues by all three leading ladies is funny  and sarcastic throughout the movie.
The movie is in the race for Oscars for Best Movie, Best Supporting Actress and Best Adapted Screenplay.

What’s Bad – Simply Nothing

Verdict – A movie that will make you laugh,  make you cry and cheer you up and touch your  heart all of this rolled in one, must watch highly recommended.
